Keith and I are always looking for new recipes and I follow several blogs that post recipes regularly. One of them is Your Homebased Mom. Her recipes always sound yummy! She posted one for a Chicken Paprikash back in February and I finally added it to our meal menu this week. I had never heard of it and decided we needed to give it a try. It is a quick and easy meal to put together and the flavor is awesome. I followed it exactly, didn’t add or take away anything…well, except Keith doesn’t like onions, so I substituted green onions. So, I guess I did make one minor change, except in my eyes an onion is an onion! I also used Orzo as my noodle, only because we have wanted to try Orzo for a while and I had it in my pantry. I recommend this recipe and that you follow her blog if you on the lookout for new meals to make.
Hope you enjoy it as much as we did….by the way, the recipe allowed for 3 servings (he had 2) and small lunch leftovers…which I am enjoying as I post this!
